The WoodKnot Ordering Information
Our Ordering Policies and Procedures are described below. To view specific
information, click on the short cut link below. If all of your questions are
not answered here, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Pickup Policy
Orders for local in-store pickup can be made via telephone
(1-866-778-5554). You will receive a confirmation number at time of
purchase, which will be required to pickup your order. Depending on
product availability, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt of
payment. We will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for pick up.
If we do not have an item(s) on our shelves at the time of preparing your order,
we will state which items are not available when we contact you for
Confirmation to Pick Up. You may notify us at anytime via e-mail or phone or at
the time of pick up if you would like us to put the remaining item(s) on
backorder. We will notify you of availability and any extra charges that may be
incurred.
If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pick Up, we will
return the items to our shelf and credit your account the full amount minus a
$7.50 handling fee.

Shipping Policy
All products in stock are shipped within 24 hours except for orders received
after Noon on Fridays (EST) to Noon Sundays, in which case orders will be
shipped by 4pm on Monday. Back orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks.
Canada
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Generally this service takes on
average 2 to 4 business days for delivery.
U.S. Shipping Charges to the U.S. may not include: applicable local
taxes, duties, or brokerage fees (Regular and Express Post only).
Delivery times to the U.S. can be unpredictable due to rigid border security
and we caution you to be patient. Generally orders arrive in a reasonable
amount of time (2-4 weeks), but if not, we will investigate.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your order number on your
Order Receipt. Please call us toll free 1-866-778-5554 or e-mail us at
thewoodknot@hotmail.com with your request and we will respond with a status
report as soon as possible.
Shipping rates are calculated according to the package size, weight and
shipping destination.
We will ship your order once payment is verified.
Back Orders
Full payment is charged at time of purchase. If we are out of stock of
any product(s) which you order, we will hold the order up to 5 business days if
we expect the out of stock item(s) to arrive within that time. If it is not
expected to arrive, we will ship the products that we have in stock to you and
back order your item for a period of 2 weeks. If your product does not
arrive in 2 weeks we will contact you and refund your money for the back
ordered item(s). The remaining product(s) that were out of stock will be
shipped when they arrive, with no added shipping charges. We will notify you
when we are shipping the remaining item(s).

Sales Tax
GST is applied to all shipments within Canada. Due to PayPal limitations at
this time no provincial Sales Taxes will be charged to customers. The WoodKnot
will, however, submit all appropriate taxes to the government.
US Customers will pay no Canadian Sales Taxes, border charges may apply.
Payment Policy
At this time all paymenets are processed by PayPal (you are not
required to have a PayPal account to make payments). When your order is
received, we will e-mail you an order confirmation showing your total including
shipping. Included in this e-mail will be a link for PayPal so you can pay for
your order easily. As soon as we receive automatic confirmation for PayPal that
you have paid for your order, we will ship our order to you. Paying by
PayPal is easy, fast and safe.

Return Policy
Our Guarantee and Return Policy
We distinguish ourselves not only by the products we sell, but with the service
we provide. We stand behind what we sell, otherwise we wont sell it.
If you are unhappy with a product you buy from us, please let us know, by
e-mailing us at thewoodknot@hotmail.com or by calling toll free 1-866-778-5554
(locally 613-264-5554).
Products purchased in-store may be returned for a credit voucher only. Receipts
must accompany the product.
Full refunds for products purchased on-line are provided for unopened products
returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days
from date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for
a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days
from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny a refund depending on the return state of the
product.
Return ship the product with a copy of your receipt. You assume responsibility
for shipping the product back to The WoodKnot. We will pay to ship the
replacement product to you, or other products of equal value. If you prefer a
refund, we will contact you to get your credit card number to credit your
account. Refunds are only granted to customers who enclose receipts. Shipping
fees are non-refundable.

We respect and value your privacy. Although PayPal collects personal
information from you at the time of purchase, only your name, your e-mail
address, phone number, and your mailing address will be provided to The
WoodKnot. No other personal information collected during your use of this site
will be shared. The WoodKnot will not sell, disclose or provide ANY information,
including your name, address, e-mail address or other personal information to
any third party, unless required to do so by law.

We process all payments through PayPal at this time. Using PayPal is safe and secure -
all personal and financial information is collected over encrypted channels. (Please use the

The WoodKnot receives your name and address information so that it can fill your order, as well
as your contact information (e-mail and telephone) in case The WoodKnot needs to communicate with
you regarding your order.
The WoodKnot has adopted these policies and procedures because we want to protect your security
